steve, i like the sporadic assembly of a diverse crowd. space in this case becomes an outcome unlike in a conventional meeting point where space is already there. and thus, space [there by architecture] becomes momentary. have you heard of 'swarming'? it is distribution of a message to a mass group that engage spontaneous interactions.
